EXPERIENCE
DIRECTING
The Colored Museum, Director (AUG 2022-OCT 2022)
Directed a staged reading of George C. Wolfe's essential play, The Colored Museum, starring Howard University B.F.A. artists. The reading was performed in the Rehearsal Hall at Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, the Al Freeman Jr. Environmental Theatre Space at Howard University, and invited to present an excerpt at the 2022 National Courageous Conversation Summit.
A Winter's Tale, Assistant Director (MAY 2022-JUL 2022)
Assistant Director of the Shakespeare Theatre Company's Academy of Classical Acting M.F.A capstone presentation of A Winter's Tale directed by Nicole Brewer.
Can Your I Love You Hold Me, Director (MAR 2022-MAY 2022)
Directed a virtual stage-reading of Can Your I Love You Hold Me by T.J. Lewis to be presented in the Lime Arts Productions 20x20 Fringe Festival. The production was nominated for four Recognition Awards and awarded two recognition awards including the Standing Ovation Award for overall best show.

Conceptualized and directed a theatrical showing for Howard University's Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts Class of 2023 Acting Ensemble.
Death of the King's Horseman, Assistant Director (OCT 2021-FEB 2022)
Assistant Director of Shakespeare Theatre Company and Howard University collaborative stage reading of Wole's Soyinka's Death of the King's Horseman directed by LeeAnet Noble. The performance was streamed and archived in the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture.
Resurface, Director (OCT 2021 - NOV 2021)
Director and writer of "Resurface" a short film submitted to the Howard Player's Annual 8x10 Play Festival. The film was awarded 2nd place for Overall Best Show.
ARTS ADMINISTRATION
National Black Theatre, Intern (FEB 2022-JUN2022)
Served as a Micro Development Intern at the National Black Theatre in Harlem, NY. Provided support and feedback for Micro Development Sessions in which Black playwrights and directors workshop new plays.
Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, Connectivity Assistant (MAY 2021- OCT2022)
Served as the administrative assistant to Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company's Connectivity Department. Responsibilities included conducting research for audience design, community outreach, and lobby displays including Woolly's inaugural Black Out Performance of Jordan E. Cooper's Ain't No Mo. Line produced monthly open mic with Spit Dat DC as well as helped produce Spit Dat Academy and Homegrown featuring up-and-coming poets from DC's wards 7 and 8.
Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, Connectivity Intern (FEB2021-MAY2021)
Served as the administrative assistant to the Connectivity Department. Responsibilities included conducting research for audience design, community outreach, and lobby displays. Assisted with marketing and producing for Spit Dat DC, including the inaugural Spit Dat Academy, teaching up and coming artistist from DC's wards 7 and 8 how to write and perform poetry/spoken word.
